We came in to look for a new Ram Sport and were paired up with Sam Barbour. He was able to find a truck to our exact specifications on the lot and was able to bring the price within our budget. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything from payment schedule to warranty coverage. Throughout the entire process from stepping through the front door to picking up the new vehicle we were treated with a great deal of respect. The high standard of professionialism from each individual at this dealership was greatly appreciated as we had a very negative previous experience while shopping at a different dealership. The group at Courtesy did not pressure us to make a decision, rather provided support and worked with us to ensure that all of our needs were met, and that we left happy. The overall experience of purchasing our vehicle was incredible and I would highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

We were assigned to a Sales Rep named Carole Fougeras. Carole was very helpful and accommodating, She was very persistent to get us the best deal as well as her Manager-Justin Chang. They are very hard working and they take care of their client very well and as a customer we liked that. Pretty much the greatest dealership I've ever walked onto. Every individual there surpasses expectations of trying to help you and find what meets your need/ wants. Which only 3 days later I drove off the lot with. Kim also just blew me away with how friendly and just overall willing to help me with my situation she was. Arsalan being the manager there, it was great to be able to get a personal opinion from him over a professional one. Never have I been treated with so much respect by a group of individuals from any company. On top of all that, they asked me what price range and were able to outfit me with a whole car with more bell and whistles then met my expectations, in a really comfortable budget. I personally will be recommending everyone to purchase a vehicle here, and will be back to make future purchases!. More

Calgary got hit with its worst blizzard in 10 years last Tuesday, so that was reason enough for my fiancee and I to decide to trade our 2012 Kia Optima SX in for a crossover/suv. We walked into the dea Tuesday, so that was reason enough for my fiancee and I to decide to trade our 2012 Kia Optima SX in for a crossover/suv. We walked into the dealership and met with Sam (sales). Sam asked a few questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle, what was important, etc. He set us up for a test drive in a Jeep Compass North 4x4. The one we drove didn't have all the options we'd want to order, but it did have the same drive train. Sam also suggested a Cherokee Trailhawk but we passed and opted for the Compass instead. A quick drive later and we came back, grabbed his card and some financing information (rates, etc.) and left. A few days later we received a call from Arsalan (sales manager) who chatted a little but with us about our feelings on the car. We decided to come back and test drive the Compass again. Sam met with us and we went for another drive. Then my fiancee mentioned the Cherokee and he set us up with that. Sam let me have total control in the test drive and never pressured me into ending or buying. He answered my questions quickly and explained features thoroughly. After a long drive we went back and bought the Cherokee. Sam walked us through the next steps, and throughout the process he was quick to answer e-mails and get things done. Serge in the financing office got in touch with me exactly when he said he would. He also arranged to have a delivery after his work hours and arranged everything so it went smoothly. Jason handled the delivery and it went well. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd recommend speaking with Sam if you're in the market. More
We have had our 2011 T&C for 18 months and it has 53000 km on it. We experience a transmission failure at 16000km. The dealer inspected it about 500km before that failure and said everything was fi 53000 km on it. We experience a transmission failure at 16000km. The dealer inspected it about 500km before that failure and said everything was fine. The transmission was overhauled at that point. Next at 35000km we had a burnt exhaust valve on the engine. This was also repaired. Finally at 53000 kms the transmission failed again and this time it was a complete failure and the care had to be towed to the dealership. It has sat at the dealership for week and they have been unable to confirm when they will be receiving the replacement transmission and how long we will be without our car. They called us once after we called Chrysler Canada but other than that it has been up to us to call and try and get information from them. Very poor customer service. At this point they should be talking about providing us with an extended warranty or perhaps offering to take our vehicle on trade in because we really don't want to drive it anymore. Instead they can't even seem to get organized to repair it and offer no information to us about when that will happen. The service manager does not return phone calls. The service advisor is somewhat more helpful but still does not follow up EVEN after he says he will. Stay away. More
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at Courtesy. I had also been here once before with my boyfriend in the summer when he bought a Dodge 2500 from them. Jerry and Chris were amazing, I'm so glad they were able to make it happen and I was able to buy the Wrangler of my dreams! I never felt pressured, which at previous dealerships I had. Because I'm still pretty new at the vehicle buying Jerry explained anything and everything I asked, and never felt like I was being taking advantage of. Thanks to Jerry and everyone from the finance side who helped me out. I will definitely refer friends to you. More
