They welcomed outside information. They offered appropriate incentives. They obviously wanted to make a sale, but they didn't push, annoy, or cajole in order to do this, instead they offered information and waited for my decision. Our experience with Brian and Matt was great. Brian called me in regards to trading in my 2 door Rubicon for something new, due to the lack of Rubicon's on their used sale lot. Well they gave us a great deal and were even willing to negotiate on the price, protection packages, and other services courteously dodge provides. They were quick to find exactly what we wanted even in the colour we liked. When the sale was finalized we told them that we were going to Montana that weekend and how nice it would be if we had the new jeep in time. They took that as a challenge and worked hard to not only get the jeep there before the weekend but apply the protection package as well. Lanette was very pleasant to work with on the financing, making it pretty painless. She kept us in the loop the whole time letting us know the status of the jeep. I purchased my first New vechile from Courtesy. I was called by Brian Blackburn just before my 2nd year owning the car as he works in the Used Car Sales.
