I looked at a couple of options and when I finally decided which I wanted to test drive Vince knew the history of the car without having to look it up. He went the extra mile when I collected the vehicle as well (as did Terrilynn) by tuning in the radio for me. I should note that this is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealer, I got the same level of service the first time from a previous rep (was a few years ago so don't remember his name unfortunately).
