After an unpleasant experience at an earlier Jeep dealership, we were completely blown away by the level of customer care at Courtesy. Our sales representative, Darrell Sirelpuu showed great concern to our wants in a vehicle, and made sure he had answered all the questions we had. Never once did we feel that Darrell was being too pushy or that he was just "looking for a sale." Darrell was extremely knowledgeable in the product, and we felt that he truly had our best interest at heart. The next car we buy will definitely be from him! Justin Chang, the sales manager was also a major contributor to our amazing experience at Chrysler. He was able to sell us a Grand Cherokee that fit our budget, which made buying a car from them that much more exciting. Both Darrell's and Justin's funny and friendly demeanour made buying a car feel comfortable and easy, like we were buying a vehicle from friends. Lanette Andreas, is a true gem to Chrysler.
