Jimmy diddn't hesitate to find any information out about the vehicle that I required. When all was said and done I drove off the lot satisfied with my new jeep. There were a few issues that required further assistance the following weeks and Jimmy, even after the sale was complete, went the extra mile to make sure things were settled. He made me feel comfortable to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. Goods: very eager to assist. Easy to get along with. Interaction does not end when you have signed the dotted line. I did not plan to buy, when I came to check out the Private Sale event. I did trade up to a new 2014 Jeep and have taken possession. So far the team has been really good. The vehicle came from another dealer and some items were missing but Courtesy Staff are addressing these items. Getting a full tank of fuel was a pleasant surprise this time because my first Jeep did not come with a full tank. I think the folks detailing the vehicle getting ready may have been rushed as it was clean to view but had some dried bird droppings on the exterior and a lot of dust in the interior rear. Overall though the experience has been good. More
