Puddin Pop, Lanette and Matt We met Tim at the auto show a few weeks before we went in looking to buy our new Jeep. He was great explaining the difference between the Grand Cherok We met Tim at the auto show a few weeks before we went in looking to buy our new Jeep. He was great explaining the difference between the Grand Cherokee and the Regular Cherokee. He followed up with me a few weeks afterwards and was great (persistent). I loved it being a sales guy myself. We went in just before the and of March to see Tim because they had some great sales going on. He showed us a Trailhawk which we really loved however it was out of the price range, so they gave me another option that had everything we were looking for and was in the budget. Overall Tim was incredible to deal with and I have already told my friends about him and hope to give him my business in the future. After we dealt with Tim we then were given to Lanette, she was amazing so friendly and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with getting the numbers setup for us. Mat was great he was our numbers guy, took the time to explain the financing for us and our go forward plan for my bad credit it was great. We will for sure be back to this dealership!! More

I LOVE MY JEEP!!!!!! I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I wanted to test drive. To my surprise, I fell in love with the new Jeeps. I ended up at Courtesy only because I had entered a contest they had going and they called me to set up a test drive. I was hesitant to do so as I have had frustrating experiences with dealers in the past. Of course I was guarded going in and Darrell seemed to be just like any other salesman. We chose the new Cherokee Trailhawk and I am extremely happy I did. I soon found that the people at Courtesy aren't just like all the other dealerships. By far the whole experience with Courtesy was 100 % better than any of my previous. Darrell and Kim, thank you so much for your time and patience.
