Great Experience I had purchased a van from Courtesy Chrysler in 2011 and Darrell Sirelpuu called to see if i still had it.I said no but i now had a 2012 Ram 1500 that I had purchased a van from Courtesy Chrysler in 2011 and Darrell Sirelpuu called to see if i still had it.I said no but i now had a 2012 Ram 1500 that i wanted to trade because my wife has trouble getting up into the truck as she broke her hip a while ago.He said to come in the next day and he would see what he could come up with.I went to meet him,we chatted for a bit anf took me out and showed me a couple Grand Caravans.He answered all my questions and i settled on a white one and went in and did a credit app.We spoke a couple times by phone and email that evening and the next morning.He told me i was approved and he had a pleasant surprise for me.My wife and i arrived for our 1:30 appointment and Darrell took us outside and showed us a different Grand Caravan which was much nicer and the monthly payment was right about where we wanted it.My wife fell in love with it immediately.Darrell did much more than he is required to do and we are grateful.He then took us to meet Lanette who was a real sweetheart.She explained everything to us and was very helpful.She really knows her stuff.We met Justin breifly and he seemed like a great guy as well.Overall Darrell and the other folks made buying a new vehicle a very pleasant experience.I would not hesitate to tell everyone about Courtesy Chrysler,the way i was treated with respect and in particular the way Darrell Sirelpuu acts with professionalism while making buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience.Thank You Courtesy Chrysler and Staff More
