After an unpleasant experience at an earlier Jeep dealership, we were completely blown away by the level of customer care at Courtesy. Our sales representative, Darrell Sirelpuu showed great concern to our wants in a vehicle, and made sure he had answered all the questions we had. Never once did we feel that Darrell was being too pushy or that he was just "looking for a sale." Darrell was extremely knowledgeable in the product, and we felt that he truly had our best interest at heart. The next car we buy will definitely be from him! Justin Chang, the sales manager was also a major contributor to our amazing experience at Chrysler. He was able to sell us a Grand Cherokee that fit our budget, which made buying a car from them that much more exciting. Both Darrell's and Justin's funny and friendly demeanour made buying a car feel comfortable and easy, like we were buying a vehicle from friends. Lanette Andreas, is a true gem to Chrysler. She made the financing portion of buying a car very pleasant and simple. She showed great concern to our wants and needs, and provided us with a protective package that suited us. All three individuals were very wonderful! I love my new jeep Grand Cherokee and I am very thankful to you all for making my car buying experience my best yet. We were waiting for a jeep with all the selections we wanted or going to go factory direct.Brian kept in contact with us and kept us in the loop with what was coming in. We had just decided to order from the factory or look for a different jeep model. I stopped into the dealership to discuss my options with Brian and show my sister in law what the Trailhawk looked like. There was a jeep there to show but it had already sold. Turned out the buyer had backed out and the sign hadn't been taken down. The jeep was available for me! We sat down with Brian and went over the details and decided to go for it. We headed to finance to speak with Glenn.he gave us our options and did all the work for us. The next day the registration and insurance were handled. The jeep was ready when Brian said it would be with a great welcome package. I am loving my first ever new car, and the experience I had buying it ! April More

I headed to Courtesy with my business, and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly approached by Brian Blackburn and we chatted about jeeps. Brian answered all my questions and was very knowledgable, he is a fellow jeep owner and understood my needs. The gentlemen worked hard to find the right product for me, a Sahara Unlimited with a manual transmission. Ironically, they found the exact vehicle I wanted at the other, non-helpful dealership and had it sent over for me. This dealership appreciated my business and went above and beyond to meet my requests. Awesome job guys:) More
