Tim was my sales rep and was friendly to deal with. My only beef is that they didn't have any of the 'cheap' vehicles they had advertised. None. Both the Chrysler corporate rep and the sales mgr referred to them as 'The Lost Leaders'. I'm very familiar with what a lost leader is but I'm surprised they still do that in this day and age. They were quite expert at turning me away from even asking about them and succeeded in putting me into a truck with a higher trim-line than I went in for. I got my truck for quite a good deal but I still don't like being manipulated into coming into a dealership when they only have one single vehicle of the type they advertised. I assume all other dealerships use the same tactic and I was always free to walk out without buying anything so the decision was all mine to make. I'm happy with the vehicle and the price I paid. More
