From the time we stepped in their office up to the picking up of the car in the afternoon, he was very helpful and accommodating. I think we almost spent half a day choosing and test driving a car. It was a pleasure meeting him, and would highly recommend this dealership compared to other Chrysler dealership in whole Calgary. Everybody are accommodating and ready to help. Hugh Bullen is also a friendly guy from the finance department, he even faxed the registry a copy of my insurance policy to finally get my license plate since we don't have a hard copy of my insurance. all the best! New Jeep Wrangler I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Courtesy, it was a unit in stock and test drove it same day. Price quoted by sales manager wasn't what it was sol I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Courtesy, it was a unit in stock and test drove it same day. Price quoted by sales manager wasn't what it was sold for, they tacked on an extra $500 which was explained away with some rebate. The math didn't add up. Was given an "all in price including fees and taxes" .. noted a $499 "Southern Package" add on. I specifically asked the salesman if this was the "dual top" model giving me a hard and soft top for the vehicle, apparently he wasn't listening though since it ended up only being delivered with the hard top. Upon receipt of the vehicle I take it home, check under the hood. The deal had not topped up any fluids, so no windshield washer fluid. Checking the hard top, noted that the dealer had likely removed it while on the lot. How did I know? Well because 4 of the 6 screws holding on the rear top were not secured properly, you would think being a dealer of the vehicle they would know how to properly secure it. A day after receipt I was driving the vehicle and noted a rattle coming from the rear. I went to check what it was, spare tire was a bit loose. I was able to twist the locking lugnut by hand, they hadn't tightened it at all. I made sure to tighten the rest of them and also checked the ones on the wheels since you just never know. They submitted the wrong surname to SiriusXM, interestingly it was the surname of a co-worker friend of mine who purchased a vehicle the same day. A week later I receive my Chrysler Extended Warranty package in the mail also with the wrong surname! You'd think purchasing a $40k vehicle with everything printed clearly on all the forms wouldn't allow mistakes like this to happen. I was assured that my trade-in (which I was given poor value for, $2k under blue book trade in value) registration would be transferred when I purchased, after 3 weeks and no receipt of new registration papers I emailed to find out what was going on, that day I receive a scanned version of the registration and they popped the official document in the mail. That's great, but it also showed that that registration was done that day, not three weeks earlier when I drove the vehicle off the lot like it should have been. So technically I was driving an unregistered vehicle. All in all, more attention to detail is required by this group. More
