I would not hesitate to recommend this salesmen to my friends and business associates. It was very refreshing to deal with some one that really knew the product he was selling and explained the many features on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in easy to understand and simple terms. I was also very pleased with the service i received from Kim Power in the business office. Also a pleasure to deal with, Kim helped put my deal together exactly how i wanted and hoped it would be. Trade In We got a call from Brian B saying that the dealership wanted our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and wondered if we wanted a 2014 of the same model. We got a call from Brian B saying that the dealership wanted our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and wondered if we wanted a 2014 of the same model. We made an appointment just to see what the whole deal was. As we were meeting with Brian, he was very friendly & respectful towards us. No pushing a sale on us, letting us take our time and see what our options were. We started thinking about upgrading our Overland to a SRT as this is what we were aiming to buy during our purchasing of the Overland, but none were available at the time. Brian showed us the models they had available & with detail explained the difference between our current model and the SRT. Naturally we fall in love with the SRT. Took out the bosses for a test drive, which we were impressed that they would let us do that. They had just recieved a Red JGC SRT, but was in a different lot, during our test drive Brian took us to the lot that had the red set. We thought this was nice of them as well. Everything went smoothly, even during the finance part of it, we met with Kim Power, who was also amazing! Very friendly & kind & we were able to feel comfortable and have conversations with her, this experience of financing was a lot better than when we first got our JGC Overland. Overall, Brian B & Kim Power, both made our purchasing experience wonderful & easy. We are extremely happy to finally have our dream vehicle the JGC SRT. Thank you Brian for calling and brining us in! More
Extremely Impressed I just have to say I had a great experience with Courtesy Chrysler from the moment I walked onto the lot to look at the possibility of purchasing a ne I just have to say I had a great experience with Courtesy Chrysler from the moment I walked onto the lot to look at the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle. The beginning of my experience was with Darrell our sales guy who was not pushy and had a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease ,not the stereo typical car salesman type of scenario, not pushy or over bearing in any way. My next experience was with Justin the Sales Manager who gave me a fantastic buy out on my car, I liked his honesty and straight shooting attitude and willingness to make me, the customer, happy and content, as well as educate me better on the vehicle I was looking to buy and get me the best deal. Now on to Glen the Finance Manager who made it all happen!! This guy had me pre approved within 24 hrs, no nail biting waiting for the phone to ring situation :) Glen worked his butt off getting us the best rates that he possibly could and had a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease, not the kind of guy that puts you on hold and goes for lunch first. All in all these guys gave me a great deal I had a great car buying experience and here I am driving a beautiful brand new Jeep (even better than the original jeep I thought I was getting) I was treated with the uttmost respect and friendliness and would refer anybody to go to Courtesy Chrysler to purchase a vehicle. Owner VS Renter I do not usually write letters of commendation for service as these days as it is no longer found with in the business realm of Price, Quality & Servi I do not usually write letters of commendation for service as these days as it is no longer found with in the business realm of Price, Quality & Service. Everybody is out to get you and take your hard earned money. When it comes to a fairly big purchase of over $30,000 the consumer gets defenses up immediately, especially when it comes auto purchases. Unfortunately that is just the social paradigm. I had purchased a 2012 Rubicon (From Norm - NOT HAPPY WITH NORM, Mori can explain or Im sure you already know.) and there were a few things under warranty that had to be done almost on an on going basis, every service there was something. The last thing to go on it was the wiring harness that released my sway bar at 120km in heavy side winds. Fortunately for your corporation I am not a stupid girl and knew what had happened and how to handle the vehicle to get into town for service. ( I live an hour and a half away - scariest drive ever.) At the point the warranty was almost up, we were super frustrated with potential incoming cost of even more service as it seems we had received a lemon. It was my first Jeep purchase, I had always bought brand new at Shagganaapi Chev Olds. But I was now scared of my vehicle, what else was going to go wrong that I would have pay huge dollars for repair or risk a potential death with my self or loved ones.So it was time for a new vehicle after only two years. My husband while waiting on service dept went into the showroom and started inquiring about a new vehicle and to see what could be done as I really liked my Jeep after having it for two years I have recommended Jeep to everyone. Had three family members get a couple used and my parents are now looking at new. (They will only purchase with Mori). Once my husband had explained what had been going on to Mori, he immediately started going through our file from purchase to financing to service and troubles. He knew our file inside and out. Mori explained what had happened and that Courtesy was now corporate. I was furious with Norm and I am so glad he is no longer part of your business. That guy is straight up bad business and super bad Karma! However, due to Mori's honesty and detailed explanation of what happened I was willing to hear more as oppose to taking my business over to Cadillac, I had been thinking about trying one of their units. He took to the books of information, hit up the galleries, worked some numbers and improved the financing dramatically. I have worked at my fair share of dealerships and I know the games of which I will not tolerate ever. Mori didn't try anything, not once, he was open, honest, had the answers, if he didn't know the answer he made sure he had the right ones and never guessed or sway bared any questions I had. He was working with us, not against us and not for just himself. I love my new 2014 Jeep and hope that this one holds together long enough that I can get some accessories on it and maybe into the bush this time at some point. The new concave front window is a great change, the flat windows were bad, day one I had rock chips. The 2014 looks more butch and I love the factory rims. I wanted to have them on my 2012 but after going through the booklet and ordering what I wanted from Norm he told me you would never make it and I had to settle for something on the lot. Even settled on the colour interior. Not this time, Mori had and provided everything I wanted and more. I have a running list of things for service to look at when I take it in though. The passenger heated seat is not working from day one, the cruise control is turning off by it's self, things like that. I really hope that I don't have another lemon. When it comes to staff there is a difference much like someone who rents a home or purchases a home. A renter will not maintain the home and allow wear and tear. An owner will fix things and mow the lawn. Put the two side by side and in 5 years the difference is seen on a massive scale. Mori is an Owner. He treats his customers like they are truly his, he follows up and follows through. He is hard working, dedicated and you can tell that he loves what he does. He does it with passion and pride but above all honesty and truth which is a much bigger turn on for a market expected to cheat and lie to you as a consumer. Its impossible to find someone you can trust in the auto industry let alone has the ability not to be shady/greedy and to deal in trust, truth and honesty... Mori is 5 STARS! More
