Jimmy diddn't hesitate to find any information out about the vehicle that I required. When all was said and done I drove off the lot satisfied with my new jeep. There were a few issues that required further assistance the following weeks and Jimmy, even after the sale was complete, went the extra mile to make sure things were settled. He made me feel comfortable to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. Goods: very eager to assist. Easy to get along with. Mori LaChappelle, Sales the way they used to (and should be) I have purchased two vehicles from Mori in the past 3 years. When we bought our Caravan, Mori went out of his way to throw in the little extras deale I have purchased two vehicles from Mori in the past 3 years. When we bought our Caravan, Mori went out of his way to throw in the little extras dealerships don't want to provide these days. He made sure the tank was full, we had nice floormats, I got hats, shirts, and lots of promotional gear. Mori is very upfront and honest about things, and he will even let you know when the business office is holding back from getting you the best deal. Go in, See Mori, tell him what payments you want to be at, and you got it (one way or another). Best part is, Mori sees a hundred people every day and when I walk in for service he remembers me by name, asks how my wife is doing (calls her by name) and it's like I was there yesterday. I'm a small town guy, and Mori delivers the small town service that's not easy to find here in the city. Head down there before you buy anywhere and say Troy sent you! More
