Loving my new Jeep! My name is Chantelle and I picked up my 2014 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee on Tuesday and I'm loving it, such a pleasure to drive. We were impressed with My name is Chantelle and I picked up my 2014 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee on Tuesday and I'm loving it, such a pleasure to drive. We were impressed with the quality of customer service we received, and how quickly our order was processed. I came in on Saturday to test drive the jeep and after a quick spin and a wealth of information from Jazz (who was down to earth and never made me feel pushed or overwhelmed) he gave me his cell phone number in order to text me to let me know if more Cherokee 4x4's were available in Canada. He promptly texted me the next business day with all the information I wanted. I headed to Jeep that evening with my husband to test drive a 2x4 as no more 4x4's were left (tribute to how popular they are I suppose). We were helped by Jimmy who quickly found a model with my exact specifications and on the test drive we fell in love with the SUV I now own. We came up with a deal that worked for everyone with Justin and were quickly ushered to meet Lanette to iron out all the details. They said I could have my car as early as the next day. They contacted me the following day as promised and I was able to pick up my jeep in under an hour of paper work, I was very impressed the last dealership I went to took several days and hours of paper work to iron everything out. Lanette was very organized and courteous, I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend (I actually have already). Thanks again team and great job!! I love my SUV :) More
