We have the best of both worlds, a sports car, and sedan in one for a newborn. The charger srt8 wasn't available at the location we visited, but they were able to get us the car in a timely manner. We also received a complimentary gift, which had a variety of things included a first aid kit, and water bottle. I highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler, as you wont leave disappointed. Mike as well as the rest of the staff were very kind, and made us feel like a part of a friendly environment. We appreciate their service, and we're LOVING our new car!! More

We were under the assumption that we were receiving a specific model from another dealership and thus received no communication back with confirmation after putting a deposit on it. We ended up calling after 4 days of not hearing from dealership to see if we were in fact receiving this unit. We were then told this was a demo and would need to start the search all over again. All in all we ended up with a real nice unit but feel that the communication between dealership personnel and customer needs improvement . More

I found the 2014 Lancer Evolution on Autotrader and saw that it was from courtesy. I message Justin Chang right away to set up a time for me come and look at the Evo. Got at the dealership the same day and Justin introduced me to Darrell. Darrell then grabbed the keys and showed me the EVO and let me go for a drive. I decided to purchase the Evo and everything went really well. The price was great. My trade in value was also great. Justin and Lanette from finance did everything possible to make the deal work and get me my Evolution! Experience with purchasing new Grand Cherokee I came to Courtesy to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. I ended up trading in my Mercedes and getting a new 2014 Diesel Grand Cherokee Summit. Jerry Pete I came to Courtesy to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. I ended up trading in my Mercedes and getting a new 2014 Diesel Grand Cherokee Summit. Jerry Peterson was amazing. He gave me excellent information on the car, took me for a test drive and worked a deal with trading in my Mercedes ( Justin Chang helped with this ) I was very pleased with the pricing. Kim was very helpful with the final details ( warranty and registration - she gave me excellent information and I purchased the extended warranty). Jerry has a fantastic personality and I felt very comfortable asking any question ( I asked a lot and he was patient and answered everything). Jerry went that extra step with always following up with any concerns I had and came in on his day off to meet me. He also came back the night I purchased my car and got it ready in record time as I was heading out of town. We need to get two vehicles for our sons and I will be coming in next week to talk to Jerry about purchasing these. Jerry was exceptional - friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. More

She is very friendly and approachable. Unfortunately she faced several challenges which appear to be a result of inexperience. She had to seek assistance from other staff and eventually relied on senior financial personnel -Glenn to assist us with our transactions....purchase of two vehicles. Overall the experience was comparable to others within the industry. Two negatives to bring to light: - the unnecessary wait time to have financial paperwork completed - disappointment with the discovery of scratches on our vehicle following return to service for undercoating and paint protection. More
