She is very friendly and approachable. Unfortunately she faced several challenges which appear to be a result of inexperience. She had to seek assistance from other staff and eventually relied on senior financial personnel -Glenn to assist us with our transactions....purchase of two vehicles. Overall the experience was comparable to others within the industry. Two negatives to bring to light: - the unnecessary wait time to have financial paperwork completed - disappointment with the discovery of scratches on our vehicle following return to service for undercoating and paint protection.
