Prefessional and Very Friendly Experience Me and my family were looking for a vehicle, and we went to a few previous dealerships to see what we could find. Usually when we went to the other dealerships, the sales person we met with, tried to pressure us into getting a bigger vehicle therefore spending more money. Our budget wasn't one where we could move around. Me and my mum were looking for an economic vehicle that saved on gas and was versatile and comfortable. The moment we walked into Courtesy, we were instantly greeted by Kelly, who asked us exactly what we were looking for and we said we've already looked at the Dodge Journey, and it was within our budget so we we're very happy about that. He was able to relate to all of us, he could relate to us teens through video games and electronics, and my mother from an adult perspective. Kelly kept our budget in mind and made sure we made the right decision. We looked in the Used vehicle lot, and we found a 2012 model Dodge Journey. When we took the Journey out for a test drive, Kelly showed us how to hook up our phones via Bluetooth. We were playing music for the entire test drive. When we came back to get the Journey we were very happy to receive it. We've had it for a few days now and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Kelly for not making us feel like we were pressured into anything, and for making us feel comfortable with buying a new vehicle that is new to us. More

Very Happy My wife and I came into Courtesy Chrysler two days ago to look at a new minivan. Before we made it in the doors, Vince Khan greeted us outside. I had been looking at a specific model and Vince helped us through the process of buying right up until I drove our 2014 Dodge Caravan R/T off the lot. Glenn our finance manager was great at getting us approved, giving us options on warranty and protection. Thanks to all the staff involved for making us so happy with our new purchase! More

I went in with no intention on buyin I decided to visit Courtesy Chrysler to test drive a new jeep. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. I went in with no intention on buying a vehicle that day. Darryl did a great job in pointing me in the right direction and found a vehicle that was perfect for me. He seemed to really care about what I wanted and what my needs were for a new vehicle. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Darryl and Kris helped me get to a monthly payment that was in my price range. Kim was a pleasure to deal with!! The whole process was very comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep and I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone that is buying a new car. More

We were pleasantly surprised with the new vibe at the dealership and very glad that we were paired up with our salesman, Kelly Ryan. We knew what we wanted, what price range we wanted to stick too and had a very limited time to spend at the dealership (as our kids were at home with a babysitter). Kelly was approachable, knowledgeable, professional and worked hard to ensure we got everything we wanted without the high pressured sales pitch. Which we really appreciated. Everything from the test drive, trade in to finance was both easy and flawless. With Lanette (a fabulous member of the finance team) and Kelly's help we drove away in our new truck just three hours after arriving at the dealership. Kelly and his team really worked hard to show us what a five star experience can and should look like. More

It was a fun experience. Arsalan was very good too but we really did not spend too much time with him. Stephan made the financial experience enjoyable and not daunting in anyway. He is very thorough with his work, sense of humour and knowledge was wonderful. We left feeling that we knew what we had financed and purchased. Overall our experience with this Chrysler dealership was painless, enjoyable and would highly recommend everyone to get their next vehicle here. By the way, we purchased a gorgeous 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport and we just love it!!!!! More

Amazing Experience!! This was my 4th purchase from Courtesy but first since the new ownership took over. I can't truly explain how wonderfully everyone at the dealership This was my 4th purchase from Courtesy but first since the new ownership took over. I can't truly explain how wonderfully everyone at the dealership treated our family. My fiancé and I are expecting our first child and were interested in trading in two vehicles and consolidate into one family vehicle. We met with Jerry and went over the 2014 Cherokee as a start because of its safety features. He listened to what our needs were in a new vehicle and hit a bullseye with his initial choice. The next part was our tricky financing due to the consolidation of our previous cars! Glenn was patient and detailed in finding our best options. There were times I wanted to throw in the towel due to the trickiness of it all but he kept in there and made a difficult deal work. Everyone we met at the dealership was amazing, very cheerful and informative! From the receptionists to the salespeople we didn't even deal with. We'll be back without a doubt! Id be happy if we were able to have Jerry help us with every vehicle purchase we make from now on, he's a genuine guy that isn't pushy, cares what your needs are and is in it to pair you with a perfect vehicle for your life. Needless to mention the ease and the pleasure of working with Ms. Terrilyn Anderson, in a situation (my situation) of a 100% cash purchase. Disappointment, although minor: Intending to buy one more car, there and then, and after having a handshake with Thomas English on the price, I was requested by him, while drafting the documents, to add taxes and handling fees to the agreed-upon price. It should have been clear (based on the process on first transaction,) that the agreed-upon price is "the bottom line", i.e. all inclusive. I let this deal to fall through. More

Pleasantly Surprised We have never been to Courtesy before and have never owned a Dodge. We have been a Ford family and were looking into getting a van. We did our research and test drove the major competitors. We even came to Courtesy in the Honda that we were test driving (which I'm sure your team thought was hilarious). Our sales rep was Jerry and he was fantastic! He was friendly, personable & genuine. We felt no pressure from him and that is what we liked. He was attentive in the service that we received from the sales experience, to the purchasing process with Glenn and even to the parts & service department. He would always make sure we were taken care of and followed up with us. We came in thinking that our third row stow n' go was faulty and Jerry saw us come through the door. He came out to see if he could resolve our issue first before seeing the service department. When the seat defeated us, he was able to get one of the service guys to quickly look at it and found out that one of the latches were not locked in and BOOM problem solved! That saved us and the service department time by quickly getting it looked at without having to go through the process of booking an appointment, leaving it there all day and have the department backed up for a simple fix like that. Thank you Jerry for making us feel like part of the Courtesy family. More
