When we bought our Caravan, Mori went out of his way to throw in the little extras dealerships don't want to provide these days. He made sure the tank was full, we had nice floormats, I got hats, shirts, and lots of promotional gear. Mori is very upfront and honest about things, and he will even let you know when the business office is holding back from getting you the best deal. Go in, See Mori, tell him what payments you want to be at, and you got it (one way or another). Best part is, Mori sees a hundred people every day and when I walk in for service he remembers me by name, asks how my wife is doing (calls her by name) and it's like I was there yesterday. I'm a small town guy, and Mori delivers the small town service that's not easy to find here in the city. Head down there before you buy anywhere and say Troy sent you! More

2nd New Jeep Purchased my 2nd Jeep from Courtesy. Staff are new and I enjoyed working with Kelly, Arier and Lanette. I did not plan to buy, when I came to check ou Purchased my 2nd Jeep from Courtesy. Staff are new and I enjoyed working with Kelly, Arier and Lanette. I did not plan to buy, when I came to check out the Private Sale event. I did trade up to a new 2014 Jeep and have taken possession. So far the team has been really good. The vehicle came from another dealer and some items were missing but Courtesy Staff are addressing these items. Getting a full tank of fuel was a pleasant surprise this time because my first Jeep did not come with a full tank. I think the folks detailing the vehicle getting ready may have been rushed as it was clean to view but had some dried bird droppings on the exterior and a lot of dust in the interior rear. Overall though the experience has been good. More

He was very personable, professional and pulled strings to get us into our dream truck, a 2014 Dodge Ram, the SAME DAY! Jon went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership and was able to effectively assist us in trading in our previous vehicle for truck we wanted. He showed us a variety of options and explained the difference between a number of trucks that we were interested in. We will be seeing Jon again to purchase a vehicle in the future! More

An experience to write home about I recently lost my car to an unfortunate accident and found myself in the market for a new car. After visiting 3 dealerships, with not a lot of help o I recently lost my car to an unfortunate accident and found myself in the market for a new car. After visiting 3 dealerships, with not a lot of help or kindness, we landed at Courtesy Chrysler. Within a minute or two of walking around we were greeted by Jason. From the start of our meeting he was nothing but a treat and very straight forward. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he didn't have the answer he would find out with out hesitation. The day I went is was the first day I started to look for cars so we were not sure how serious we were about buying that day. Jason continued to treat us like we were walking off the lot with keys in our hand, unlike the other dealerships who became aloof once that information was given. He did not pressure us in any way and treated me like a friend not a customer. Upon deciding to buy, he was helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure that we had water and we were comfortable during all the paperwork. I am from BC which added time to the process and never once did I feel like Jason needed to be somewhere else or had something else more pressing to deal with. A couple weeks after I bought the car I had to bring it back to get detailed(since I am from BC and did not have time at the time). Once again it was like seeing an old friend, still is just as friendly and welcoming as he was on day one! On top of being friendly he was very helpful with setting up a courtesy ride for me. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle and you want exceptional service, ask for Jason by name! For a first time buyer at a dealership, I couldn't be happier in my little road rocket! :) More
