The customer service is definitely all there From the moment we walked in to finishing the paperwork and driving away the staff at courtesy Chrysler were second to none, our sales person answered From the moment we walked in to finishing the paperwork and driving away the staff at courtesy Chrysler were second to none, our sales person answered all of our número use questions and when we stumped him on the tough ones immediately found some one with the answers , they were very good at not over selling me on my new truck, I walked in looking for a diesel truck and after the initial interview we had decided that we actually required a gas engine for our actual usage and purpose this alone saved us almost $10'000 right out of the gate Great knowledgable staff and service Kris,Kelly, Mori and Kim were all wonderful More

The whole experience went like clockwork and I find that this dealership should be rated the highest of any other place I have shopped in my long past . Great experience purchasing a new truck I had to get a new truck as my previous vehicle was not repairable. Gerry was great at helping me find a truck that met my needs (and wants). He was aware of my budget and provided some great options to choose from based on in stock options. I was able to purchase the truck, work through financing with Terrilyn quickly and drive off the lot the same day with my new truck! I was surprised at how easy this purchase was. Efficient and accommodating! I walked in knowing what I wanted to purchase so it was pretty straight forward all around. My second new truck This dealership has improved lots in under 2 years, my first new purchase a year and a bit ago was not quite what I expected, a little disappointing t This dealership has improved lots in under 2 years, my first new purchase a year and a bit ago was not quite what I expected, a little disappointing to say the least. Had hail damage from last months Airdrie storms and was a little sceptic my new truck would be repaired to as new condition so opted to trade it up for a new one. Gave Courtesy a chance to redeem themselves from my first new vehicle purchase on my second one and this time I am pleased to say they really did!! Service, dealer accessories, dealer pricing and the overall buying experience and transparency is much improved. More
