Jeep Compass I went in to Courtesy on a strong referral from a close friend. who bought the same vehicle I was in the market for - a Jeep Compass. I met with Darre I went in to Courtesy on a strong referral from a close friend. who bought the same vehicle I was in the market for - a Jeep Compass. I met with Darrell and he worked closely and quickly with me to find what I was looking for. The vehicle was delivered within a week or so, the process was pretty painless and the car was more than I could have wanted! I drove away happy. I unfortunately had a terrible experience the following day when the vehicle actually had a malfunction with the transmission, a clip or part of the transmission hose was not connected properly so I the engine was pouring out transmission fluid and I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership (so new that Roadside Assistance didn't have the VIN registered) - not an ideal way to spend your first 24 hours owning a vehicle. The following week was a bit of a struggle back and forth with the service department and the sales team because I was definitely hypersensitive after my experience but I could tell that once the repairs were done that there was still something wrong with the vehicle because of the way it was driving. To be honest, I was not happy but I had no idea how I could go about asking for this to be resolved. The service manager offered to run more tests on the vehicle so once again I left the vehicle in the service department. I was positive I had bought a lemon and that I would be stuck with a vehicle that would inevitably have more and more issues. I decided it would be best to discuss it with the management team to find out what the best course of action would be. Kris was prompt in returning my call, and offered to replace the vehicle for me if I was not satisfied or comfortable with the original purchase that I had made. I honestly didn't think this was an option, I figured once the contract was signed I was stuck. He asked me for a little time, flexibility and patience and that he would make it right. And he did, the vehicle was replaced. He found me the model I wanted, with all the features that were important to me and they worked very hard to mitigate any of the costs related to the depreciation of the first unit I had. I am grateful to have had a group of people work so hard to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone who was in the market for a Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler product. More

Before my truck was ready for delivery, the Great Airdrie Hailstorm of 8/8 came into play and that's when Kris Laughton got involved, making sure Chrysler did the repairs, and since they took some time to do their thing, that I was adequately compensated for the inconvenience. I'm now the proud owner of the prettiest black and white Outdoorsman in Calgary! Now, as if I wasn't already happy with this genuinely helpful and patient and friendly sales team, Kris Laughton called to say I'd won their monthly draw for 10,000 loonies. WOW!!! During my limited contact with the Service Dept., I have found the Service Manager, Dan the scheduler, Joan the parts lady, and others, including the Courtesy Shuttle Service drivers, to be as friendly and helpful as the Sales staff. If you're in the market for a Chrysler product, my heartfelt recommendation is to go straight to Courtesy Chrysler and ask to speak to Michael Good. Wouldn't hurt a bit to mention that you came due to Steve W. the Outdoorsman Guy's positive review. Watch him smile and get your deal done!
