Little did I know I would be taking home a vehicle the same day as looking at it. So impressed with this dealership!! We had researched for a few months various SUV and crossover vehicles and determined what features were most important when considering an upgrade. We knew that a Durango R/T was a possible option (We had a specific look and engine size in mind) but really wanted to get a good look at one before making any decision. Luckily, we stopped in to Courtesy Chrysler and there was ONE Durango on the lot, and it happened to be a Black Durango R/T with all of the main features we were looking for in a family vehicle (Rear entertainment, leather seats - I have to admit, I wanted the little red stitching on the R/T because I am finicky like that, heated seating, backup camera, a vehicle which was NOT white NOR silver, heated steering wheel, etc). Mike from Corporate was there for a special deal weekend and put us in contact with Kelly. Having my 3 young children in tow who wanted to touch and question everything, Kelly was very patient and reviewed all of our vehicle preferences. The only option that was not in this vehicle was the second row tumble captain chairs with centre console. (It has a bench instead with the split that can also tumble forward - not a deal breaker by any means). The kids were really excited to climb all over this vehicle and get to know it while Kelly showed us all of the preferred options and how to use the display panel. (Our old vehicle was very plain, so I was overwhelmed at the thought of this control display screen and navigation system). We went on a test drive to demonstrate the features. Kelly was quite knowledgeable and helpful in explaining where the options were and how to navigate the system. Thank you Kelly, for making this investment choice easier for us. If we were going to buy a new vehicle that we would be driving for the next 10 years, we really needed to LOVE what we were buying. Kelly definitely helped us find exactly that. Glenn also helped us get affordable financing at the bank of choice, a very big plus for us. Thank you so much for helping us find the vehicle we were looking for! More
