Worst Dealership Experience By far the worst dealership experience we have ever had. The funny thing is, we were initially very pleased with everything. The vehicle and the price worked out great and the sales person and financing rep worked really quickly as we were on a tight timeline. We greatly appreciated their efforts. Our issues stemmed from the dealership's dishonesty and the amount of work we had to do as the customer to get these issues resolved. On our due bill we had a note that our old car starter from our trade in would be transferred to the new one free of charge, in addition to an undercoating we had prepaid for. So we waited for the service department to schedule us in, but heard nothing for weeks. We had to be the ones to initiate contact and find out when we could be scheduled. We actually called a few times and left messages before anyone got back to us. When they finally did they said that the car starter in the trade in was not compatible with the new vehicle. Long story short, a lot of research was done and it turns out it was compatible but would require a lot more labor. Even when we advised them of this, they still said they can't do it. It took us escalating our dissatisfaction with these conflicting statements to the GM before they even decided to book our vehicle in and "try" to install the starter. The service day was horrible. What I was unhappy about was that when they called to say that my vehicle was done (and surprise surprise, the car starter was successfully installed by the way). I clarified on the phone "everything is done? I can pick up my car now?" and they said yes so I organised to get a lift to their location. When we got there an hour after the phone call, the vehicle was in fact, not done and we had to wait an additional hour for the undercoating before it was ready. Why on earth someone would call a customer advising their vehicle is done when it isn't is beyond me. End of the day, this experience was beyond disappointing. We had visited two other dealerships before coming to Courtesy and were very happy that we did, until the nightmare of the service department. More

Compared among three dealerships, I decided to stay with courtesy. Reasons as follow: this dealership has better review score overall, especially it's service. Jazz was the first person I met with, he made me felt comfort, no pressure, and I think he knows his vehicles well. I hate bargaining, lol. I pay more attention on service, professional job. If I can have reasonable price at same time, then the deal is done for me. Actually this was what I got from Jazz, Justin and Glenn. Justin is efficiency, Glenn is fun to be around, they all professional and friendly. They all prepared for their job. It was a pleasure to be with them. I have to mention another thing is even after I picked up my JGC, Jazz still care about me, he phoned and texted me few times to ask how I like my Jeep, if there is any issue, and took my every question seriously. Thank you Jazz. It's service shop was friendly and efficiency as well. All in all, thank you every one, again, it was a pleasure , and I sure will recommend this dealership to my friends. More

He was knowledgeable, made us feel really comfortable and was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel pressured to do anything, and he overall wanted me to be happy with what I was purchasing at the end of the day. He's been supportive & present even weeks AFTER the sale, and that's not something I had expected after the sale was processed. The rest of his team who I dealt with in Financing {Terrilyn & Hugh} were incredibly patient & wonderful to deal with as well. I will definitely recommend Colin to any of my friends & family looking to purchase a new vehicle from Courtesy :) More
