Great Customer Service I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. I met Mori and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and not pus I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. I met Mori and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and not pushy. He gave me all the information I needed. Later in the week we talked again and he let me know that they had just taken in a 2012 Grand Caravan on a trade in. Mori was able to secure me a good price on it and snows on rims as well which was important to me. I was very impressed with Mori's sales and customer service skills. I'm in that business myself and recognize superior service when I see it. Terrilyn took care of my financing for me and was very friendly and professional. Terrilyn explained all of my options in a patient and easy to understand manner. Very enjoyable! I will be looking forward to dealing with Mori and Terrilyn for all of my future vechile needs and will recommend them to others.
