My appointment was for 10:30 for an oil change. i was told my car would be ready by 1:00. It was not ready until 2:45. Very unsatisfactory. I stopped in first thing on Monday morning with my 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe engine light on and the thermostat hitting high when in e-save mode. I was needing my vehicle for the next morning to leave out of town and was very pleased when they called in the early afternoon with great news that the item was repairable under warranty, and my vehicle was no longer showing any errors.
