I stopped in first thing on Monday morning with my 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe engine light on and the thermostat hitting high when in e-save mode. I was especially concerned because it was just a little under 7 Jeep Rubicon 4xe engine light on and the thermostat hitting high when in e-save mode. I was especially concerned because it was just a little under 7000 km on it. I was assisted within minute and was told that they would attempt to sneak me in. I was needing my vehicle for the next morning to leave out of town and was very pleased when they called in the early afternoon with great news that the item was repairable under warranty, and my vehicle was no longer showing any errors. Don’t get your service done by this place. I unfortunately keep giving them a chance. I’ve had my rim scraped badly. I had no help or offer to repair. I’ve had it in for an oil change. Most recently I needed a repair to fix my AC. They scratched and scufffed my dash. I take pride in my vehicle and keep it clean and in perfect condition. I have yet to receive a call back regarding this last issue. I also feel it’s unacceptable to return a vehicle to a customer more dirty than when it was dropped off. It’s difficult enough to drop off a vehicle for service and uber for day/days. But when it needs to be taken in again for issues that shouldn’t have happened it’s very frustrating. I’ll be calling yet again to voice my concern. More
