This time I went in prepared. Didn't recognise anyone. I told them my previous experience, and they really listened! This time, I got a great trade in value - and excellent service! They even listened to my nitpicking and did something about it. They made me feel good about my purchase - finally! Tim went out of his way to get me everything I wanted as quickly as he could. Now I'm in a 2015 Trailhawk! I miss the old vehicle (love the Wranglers!) but I am really happy this time with my purchase! It goes to show that businesses do listen! What an improvement! Courtesy seemed to be the only dealership to take a personal interest in me. So, there I was talking to Justin who introduced me to Jazz. I knew what I wanted, a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Jazz was very personable and friendly, and took the time and effort to take me on a test drive (not to SELL me because I was already SOLD) but to tell me of all the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. A week later, I returned, finalized the deal quickly with Stephen, and was very pleasantly surprised to have Jazz take me out on the lot and introduce me to my new vehicle.
