The finance team was able to lead me through the experience with ease. I have yet to come in contact with service again so the only negative I have is there is still an over aggressive approach to the numbers, try not to make the customer feel you are pushing deals to them, leave it up to them to pick up the pen and sign don't force it in their hand. (that same approach was used the first time and why I didn't sign then) More
