When someone serves a customer from the heart, they form a connection that leads to positive experiences that ensure lifelong customer loyalty, having said that a side note that I have purchased 3 brand new Jeeps from 2012-2014. Hopefully there is a buy three get the fourth free or something like that coming up, wonder if I needed to get a card stamped for that. Anyway, the only thing your competition can't take away from you is the relationship your people have with your customers. Mori LaChappelle’s truly extraordinary service comes from his heart (i.e., from person-to-person connection, not business-to-person connection.) Every time I deal with him he proves beyond a shadow of a doubt to have the key mindsets and daily actions that are necessary to deliver above and beyond exceptional, memorable customer service. Mori adds his own "personal signature" to his work; every piece of paper, every phone call, every email or text and it is a refreshing surprise and delight for us, the customers. Mori just does it right, he is the “Johnny Bagger” of the vehicle industry. There are many words to describe Mori's customer service but none that truly tell of how wonderful and incredibly inspiring it is being on the receiving end as the client. Darrell listened, responded with understanding of my issues and said that my issues were not uncommon with this dealership. He said that the issues had been corrected. I felt confident enough to give Courtesy another try, upgraded to the exact model (although I was not able to get my desired colour....Copper) I had originally wanted.
