Poor service and feedback My vehicle required a fluid change which was duly organised. I requested that the vehicle be checked over at the same time. The cost of which was in e My vehicle required a fluid change which was duly organised. I requested that the vehicle be checked over at the same time. The cost of which was in excess of $1500. My neighbour noticed that the passenger tail light was not working so I returned to Courtesy and was assured that it would be fixed quickly as it was a minor repair. Two and a half hours later the vehicle was brought to reception not repaired!. the receptionist (Jason Wilson) fitted a new bulb himself. The light worked. A couple of days later the light stopped working again so I went to Courtesy and asked to speak to the Service Manager (Roger Seegmiller) who looked at the issue and stated that I needed a new, complete, light fixture costing $220 which he said he would try and discount. There were none in stock and he promised to call me when the parts were received. It has been in excess of two months and no call or appointment for the repair. I suspect that Courtesy feel it is a minor issue and has been overlooked. I have had my vehicle serviced at Courtesy for a number of years but think it may be time for a change. More
