When I bought my 2012 dodge journey a year ago the vehicle made a high pitch squeal when you started it up in the winter and the sales person in the used car department that sold it to me ensured me when i bought it that there was nothing wrong with it and that it only made that noise cause it hadn't been started in months and it was freezing out and that it was under warranty so I bought it in good faith and sure enough the noise didn't go away. As soon as I brought the vehicle back a few days after purchasing it I was told the problem wasn't under warranty and that the problem couldn't be duplicated so I was stuck with it. I wanted to return it but I was told I wouldn't get full value of what I paid for it even though it was broken when i bought it. I was given the run around by multiple staff and managers for 13 months trying to sell me a new vehicle instead of fixing the one I just bought. They also never returned my calls after numerous promises that they were going to look into fixing it. But since I purchased the vehicle there has been a turnover in staff and finally I got in contact with a manager Justin and Ahmed who went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle finally got fixed and made things right after I told them what I went through. They were beyond helpful and made sure all my needs were met without anymore hassle. Before dealing with them I was sure I would never deal with this dealership again as this was the worst experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle but they have completely changed my opinion and i would definitely buy and recommend them again in the future. More
