I am from out of town so being able to get in and out in a timely fashion was a big bonus for me. Courtesy was very flexible and I was happy to have done business with them. I would recommend them to a friend. My only complaint is that the 3M clear bra I had for the hood of my car does not look very professionally done with some raw edges along the hood. I'll have to go back and get that fixed in the future to make sure the hood has appropriate coverage. I pointed it out to Colin at delivery and it was easy enough to get rectified, I just have to let them know when it's convenient for me. They're very easy to work with. More

We are sure hoping that changing from a van to an SUV will yield some positive results, but hopefully parts are being selected more carefully. Worn-out brakes within 30K km, warped rotors every time we travel through the mountains, here's to hoping. .. It wasn't until several attempts at convincing us that our used van was in high demand, and that we would be offered top dollar to exchange (whether we purchased new or not), that we decided to make the move. We do admit to being faithful to the brand for unique features such as stow 'n go, and did fall in love with the design of the Durango, which finally brought us in. More specifically to the dealer, it was our first time dealing with Darrell, who was very knowledgeable, and didn't make any mis-representations, and our 2nd with Lanette, who went the extra mile to create a deal we could agree to. Happy to be a renewed Dodge customer, I just don't want to see the service employees for at least 3 years! More
