Rip off the customer! Bought a nearly new Chrysler 300 with extremely low kms from a private individual. Called Courtesy for a quote on accessories and got list price. Spoke to the parts manager and explained that I was choosing a dealer for purchasing parts and accessories and for future service and that now would be a good time to set the terms for a long term relationship. There was no room for negotiation. This was business walking in their door that they wouldn't have had otherwise if it wasn't offered and they weren't interested. That doesn't inspire confidence in terms of how they'd handle a serious repair issue. Called the competitor Tower Chrysler and laid out the same scenario. The difference was night and day. They were 15% less for the same parts and they went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and inspire confidence in their service. More

Unbelievable!!!!!! After shopping around through a few dealerships and consulting with an old friend of mine, I found myself in the hands of the more than capable people After shopping around through a few dealerships and consulting with an old friend of mine, I found myself in the hands of the more than capable people of courtesy Chrysler in calgary. I walked in with little hope of driving away. In the matter of less than a week these unbelievable people had leapt over what seemed to me as impossible hurdles and went far beyond what I ever could have asked for and expected and managed to suit me up with an outstanding new vehicle!!!! My hats off to those who made all of this happen in what seemed to me to be an impossible feat, I can't express my gratitude enough!!!! Again I thank you................haven't had a smoke since I had the keys placed in my hand ?? More

A happy Chrysler 200 purchase experience I was motivated to contact Courtesy Chrysler today, because of a mailer received offering a "pull away" price reduction and interest rate reduction, o I was motivated to contact Courtesy Chrysler today, because of a mailer received offering a "pull away" price reduction and interest rate reduction, on the purchase of a new vehicle. We were able to find a Chrysler 200LX which fitted most of our desires for features, and with the excellent assistance of the sales team of Justin Wang, and Brent Ernst, and with the excellent help from Lynette Andreas, were able to make the offered terms work to complete the purchase of this vehicle. I have been always impressed over the years with the treatment I have received from the staff at Courtesy Chrysler, with the purchase the 5 different vehicles, 3 new, and 2 used, over the past 16 years. Previous to that I selected numerous leased vehicles from vehicle leasing companies through Courtesy Chrysler as well, over a 10 or more year period.. Jim Harren a happy customer More

Awesome Experience! I came in to Curtesy needing a new car and left the same day purchased one. Khalil was awesome.
