Finance guy is slimmy When I came in I talked to Justin and Colin who were great awesome guys. We talked and the price we had was great I loved it. When I was dealing with the finance guy I felt like I got cheated. A good example was me and Justin agreed on the price being $49000, after talking to the finance guy he told me I could get $1500 but he raised the price to $50500 then gave me the discount which was the same. He also made me pay for 3m on my car which it already had on it when I test drove it. So I paid for a service that should of been included .Justin also told me that I would get a free oil change program but when I got home and looked at my contract the finance guy put $349 on my bill for that package that should of been included. I didn't realize and of this till I got home and me and my girlfriend went over my payments, but at the point it was to late papers were sign and I had the car at my house. Honestly I would of loved to be a repeat customers Justin and Colin were great friendly super helpful, but I did get cheated by the finance guy. People could say it's my fault for not reading everything but you guys are a dealership and you should be honest to your customers and explain everything but by just making them sign papers. When the time comes for my girlfriend to buy her jeep I would rather drive across the city then come back here. Would not recommend my worst enemies here. More

Iam very pleased. Definitely be a repeat customer and refer Courtesy Chrysler was the 5th dealer I went to not to be greeted by vultures. For being my first major purchase I was very Leary. I was extremely impressed with all the staff starting with Jason the salesmen to Tomas the used lot manager and of course Ed in finance who gave me great advice and really knows his and worked me a great deal to afford the truck I really wanted. All where extermly friendly professional staff who we got caught up in off topic conversations other then the sale or vehical and who were working for me the whole sale not to just benifit themselves. Also the fact iam entered to win a Dodge Viper sweetens the pot. And on top of all that I got an awesome deal on a Great reliable Clean safe vehical. I definitely recommend Courtesy Chrysler to everybody I know and who doesn't want to be approach By slick talking Vultures like I encountered everywhere else I went well on my shopping experience and will absoultly be a repeat customer. From that experience, we did not want to come back to the dealership. We went to tower Chrysler to look at a 2015 jeep Cherokee trailhawk, and the service was awful, and we contacted Adrian at courtesy Chrysler, his service and attitude renewed our faith in the dealership, and because of Adrian, Justin and Ed, we purchased our jeep. We have yet to see what the "after purchase service" will be like, but I believe Adrian will be a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all for making everything an enjoyable experience. More

I found the whole process a little nerve-wracking as a women out car shopping on her own for the first time, trying to figure out how much is sales pitch and how much is good reliable info (this was enhanced by watching a manager train a new recruit on sales tactics in the next not-so-soundproof cubicle). The guys were good, walked me through the process, but there were some disconnects between the messages on the sales floor and finance that I would encourage them to work on so the customer receives the same information all the way through (warranties, financing rates). There was also a strange call from someone in servicing before I had even bought the vehicle and I still don't know what that was about. Overall I think they did a good job, I think I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought, and I would recommend them. More
