Amazing People at Courtesy Chrysler!! I have been dealing with Courtesy for almost a year, and I'll be honest, my 1st experience started off good but quickly diminished. We had some poor c I have been dealing with Courtesy for almost a year, and I'll be honest, my 1st experience started off good but quickly diminished. We had some poor customer service experiences that had us thinking for our next vehicle purchase we would go somewhere else. We had to bring our Truck in to get looked at for some manufacturer flaws and that’s when I met Will Wagner, yes probably your typical sales guy but none the less very helpful and friendly. He directed me into the service area where I met Roger the service manager so he could take some pictures of our misaligned hood & front bumper. Good service manager, maybe not the best photographer, but hey, neither was I. I was a little disappointed that it was a week before I was told the pictures taken that day were no good. I then dealt with Breana, the managers assistant and she was great to deal with and was available when I needed to speak with her. I will suggest however that there is more communication between departments as far as loner vehicles, and coverage for warranty work etc. 3 different answers for the same question. The final result however was satisfying but our appointment is not until December 9th so fingers crossed all still goes according to the plan. Now the vehicle purchase. After meeting Will that day we came back in just to see what, if anything he could do for us. We had a Patriot that I didn't really care for anymore and since the truck was now my Husbands, didn't have much choice but to drive. Sadly we had more negative equity than what we had thought so we pretty much assumed at that point there was nothing we could do. I didn't want a van, or a small car, or another pick up truck; I wanted something better than what we had or I would just keep the Patriot. (I know, what a princess) Of course, that's not what a sales guy wants to hear so Will said they had options, and he was right. We were seated into a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I won’t lie, I was thinking how the heck are we going to make this work! Between Thomas, Matt and Will they made it work and now it was off to Finance, and that is where we met Glenn. I loved how honest, straight up and to the point he was. My thoughts are "Don't sugar coat xx, because it's still just xx". Due to our own negative equity it was making it difficult to get the financing we wanted, but again, Glenn said he would figure something out and to my surprise, he did. So 5 days after starting this process I was driving home in my new Cherokee, with the warranty we wanted and our payments not through the roof. YAY!! Finally, I received an email yesterday with my new registration and a note that says Merry Christmas. Well thank you, but what about the cost I owe for switching my registration? The reply I received was "Don't worry about it, its been taken care of". WHAT?? REALLY?? Are you sure?? I receive a reply saying "It's all good, no bill for you guys on this". WOW!! Amazing people work at Courtesy Chrysler, and everyone needs to know this. I work at a place where Customer Service needs to be top notch so sometimes I feel my expectations are set a little high BUT everyone I've interacted with over these last couple of weeks have been absolutely wonderful and met my high expectations and then surpassed them. Thank you everyone at Courtesy Chrysler, especially the people mentioned above, you've all completely changed my perception around from my 1st visit to ensure there will be MANY more visits in the future. After sale support Having purchased my truck from a dodge dealer outside of Calgary I had found it hard to get good service here, recently had a vibration in my vehicle Having purchased my truck from a dodge dealer outside of Calgary I had found it hard to get good service here, recently had a vibration in my vehicle that got much worse after changing to new tires. I brought the vehicle to courtesy it took some time to get it fixed and using my truck for work this could have been very damaging to my business I had the great fortune of dealing with the best service advisor I have ever dealt with, I have 15 years experience in the service industry on the heavy equipment dealer side and was blown away by the concern and genuine care I received from my advisor. She not only secured me a rental truck to keep my buisness moving, kept me completely up to date of what was going on but when they did find the source of the problem "my new tires" she went above and beyond by intervening with the tire supplier to ensure they took care of the costs. I can't say enough about the incredible level of service I received from my advisor, Nikita. Thank you so much Nikita you made my life so much easier through something that could have been so difficult and went so far above and beyond to help me. I guarantee all my vehicle service will be coming to this store and when it comes time to by my next vehicle I will only consider dealing with courtesy great job guys!!!! More

When it came time to upda I'm writing to recommend Courtesy Chrysler and in particular the work of Nelson Mathieson. I've know Nelson for a few years. When it came time to update my vehicle and I simply messaged Nelson. Within a few messages he gave me a number of options together with his opinion and great recommendation. He saved a lot of time. I got put in a beautiful 2012 dodge ram 1500 with low km and a great price. Overall it was an excellent experience thanks to Nelson and Courtesy Chrysler. More

I got there filled out the paper work and got a shuttle. I was told at around noon they would call with an update. No call happened so i called around 1. No one was availble to answer the phone so i left a message as prompted. At 230 i called again and talked to someone that said they were not able to help me because they were not my service adviser. I got a call at 245 saying its been looked at and needs a heater fan. They said they pulled it out at 11 o clock but failed to call me. It is the middle of winter and -15 i need my heater. When i asked why i was not contacted he failed to give me a response and said i would need to reschedule and the parts would not be under warranty even though when i booked the appointment i was told they would be. So i told them to take my veichle out of the shop and the service advisor got mad an hung up on me. I called my dealership in my hometown and the assured me the heater was coverd under my extended warranty plan. I called the service department 10 times and left numerous messages to request a shuttle. I actually had to go on the site and talk with a salesman to request a shuttle. This was at 315. at 5 oclock the shuttle still had not came to get me and i called 5 times tell i got an answer that said he was busy. I ended up late for my class because of it and had to get a cab after my night class to get my veichle. Defintly the worst dealership i have ever been to and i would never recomend it. Understaffed and rude. The shuttle driver that drove me home in the morning was a great and awesome person to be around. I wont ever be back again More
