Finally got the vehicle I really wanted! I bought a brand new Dodge Journey SXT in September of 2013. I went into Courtesy thinking of getting an RT with AWD. I had experience with a Town a I bought a brand new Dodge Journey SXT in September of 2013. I went into Courtesy thinking of getting an RT with AWD. I had experience with a Town and Country with AWD. The salesman sold me on an SXT with front wheel drive. I loved my Journey, but regretted not getting the RT. Darryl phoned me early in the year to see if I liked my Journey and asked if I would have done anything different. I told him I regretted not getting the AWD and third row seating. A few phone calls later over the next couple of months... Darrell ended up finding me a used 2013 Journey RT. with all the features I wanted and more..Bonus Sun Roof. Ed spent a lot of time working out the finances for me. I truly appreciate the time and attention these gentlemen afforded me. I/ we had previously bought used cars for myself and my daughter from Courtesy. Hats off to others who helped me out in my quest (had to get the snow tires off my old vehicle). As a result I was into the dealership three evenings in a row. Each time I was greeted with a smile. My intention is to make this vehicle last a few years, but I would not hesitate returning or referring anyone else in to deal with Courtesy. More

TERRIBLE ! I read the reviews and they seemed reputable so I gave them a shot. I am looking to purchase a new vehicle and told them exactly what I wanted. I a ! I also told them it was a cash deal and what the price was that I was looking at spending. They would not BUDGE one CENT and kept wanting to me spend more $$$ or get financing- as they make more $$ off of it that way (I am quoting my sales guy Tim) I have NEVER been to a dealer where they weren't willing to negotiate at all. Apparently they don't need to sell that huge lot of cars just sitting there. To make matters worse, they wouldn't listen to me. They kept trying to push the exact opposite of what I told them I wanted. I said I wanted a 4x4- and they kept trying to push me to get a 4x2. Maybe because I am a woman, they didn't take me seriously and thought I was an idiot. NO ONE ever pays the sticker price on a car- ever. Then they applied my employee discount and THAT was the only deal they were willing to do . Would not budge ONE cent. I even went up $2000. To make the deal, they would have only had to come down $1000 and they wouldn't do it. If you are looking for a GOOD deal and someone who is willing to work with you? Don' t bother. And if you are a woman going in there alone? Don't bother either because they won't take you seriously. I ended up walking out and told them I will get my deal and vehicle elsewhere- there's plenty around. More
