Always a pleasure I've bought two Jeep Grand Cherokee's in the past 6 months from these guys, and both times they made the experience easy and enjoyable. The first one was stolen out of my underground parkade, and completely destroyed. The Calgary Police caught the guy, which was impressive, but the devastation to the vehicle was tragic. As I was lamenting to the appraiser about the destruction (who was also a great guy from AMA) , Nick came up and started chatting with us. I suggested I'd need to trade in the old one, as it would never smell new again... and he was immediately helpful. We got right down to taking trade... and I think his final words were "don't worry, we'll find a way to put a smile on your face again". Fortunately it was a write off... and within a week I was shopping for another. Nick, Glenn and the gang made it easy... I looked at all the models and decided on what I wanted, and they found it for me. Three days later I was driving off in exactly the model I wanted, at a fair price, with no hassles. How can you beat that? I smile every time I get into my Jeep... Nick wasn't lying. More
Not Impressed! Dealer called me twice wanting me to trade my 2011 Journey on new 2015. Said I could have 60 month no interest and my extended warranty was transfera Dealer called me twice wanting me to trade my 2011 Journey on new 2015. Said I could have 60 month no interest and my extended warranty was transferable. Apparently this was not the case at all. Warranty was not transferable and terms were 0% for 36 months. I will also add that my warranty extends to the end of my payments, so I would have better and more warranty on my existing 2011 than I would on the 2015. Was not planning on trading my car as I am happy with it. But with the above incentive I was able to cut my interest and have more km left on car at the end of my payments. They lied just to get us to the dealership not impressed wasted my afternoon. May I remind that they called me! Said they really needed the 2011. Managers excuse was the sales person that called was new and screwed up REALLY!!! I am so not impressed with this dealership right now. More
Overall good Representative listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Excellent Customer Experience Courteous & professional service from initial call to set up my appointment, advisor outlining the expected timeline & costs involved with the request Courteous & professional service from initial call to set up my appointment, advisor outlining the expected timeline & costs involved with the requested service, to the driver who shuttled me back & forth while my truck was in getting repaired. My Servive Adviser also determined there was a safety recall outstanding and included the warranty service at the same time so I didn't have to come in for a second appointment. Regardless of the point of contact, each employee took responsibility to ensure I had an excellent customer experience. My truck is running terrific after the tube-up, major emissions & cooling preventative maintenance packages I requested. I left Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram feeling like a valued customer & plan to be back again for my next recommended maintenance package or whenever my vehicle is in need of repair. More

treated like GOLD !! I bought a new 2014 Dodge Challenger RT Shaker Mopar Edition car which I love but the rock guard was in poor condition when I bought it and Brent wrot I bought a new 2014 Dodge Challenger RT Shaker Mopar Edition car which I love but the rock guard was in poor condition when I bought it and Brent wrote up a repair slip for me to have it replaced. I left the country the next day for the winter. I was called by Christine a few times to come and have the fix but I informed her I was away and would come in as soon as I returned. When I arrived I went to the collision centre and I found Tonja who informed me that repair was not done at the centre but rather than send me chasing down to the store she tracked down who I was to see and made an appointment with me right on the spot. She went totally out of her way to make me as happy as could be ...... WOW .. Next I went to see Brent as he called me and let me know he had received some paper work for me and was holding it for me.. As soon as I saw him and said I had an appointment with Christine he immediately took me to meet her .She also went out of her way to come outside so I could show her what needed fixing . She was soooo curtious it was a pleasure for me.At the time of my appointment I took my car in and was greeted by a very polite man who guided me in and called Christine for me and he immediately said he knew what was happening with my car and was taking it right away. Christine got my info in minutes and I asked if she needed any reminding of what needed doing and she said no and not to worry all would be handled completely right away. She asked if I needed a lift which I did so she directed me to the beautiful waiting room with fresh coffee, TV, and complimentary newspapers and many soft comfy chairs. More polite drivers came and all customers were driven to our destinations. Just after lunch I received a call from Christine that my car was all ready for me and did I need to be picked up. This was one heck of a pleasant experience from the moment I stepped into the wrong shop till I drove away. Sure made me proud that I bought a DODGE from Courtesy !!!!!! Even after the sale was completed on day #1, on day #2 Kelly still managed to go above and beyond to keep us satisfied and knowledgeable about our new JEEP. The sales manager (Glenn) was outstanding. He was upfront, honest and to the point. It was clear that he was going to ensure that we walked out of the showroom 110% confident and satisfied. Stephen our financial guru, was phenomenal funny, honest and worked beyond our expectations. He was fast, respectful and prompt to return our phone call..Calvin in detailing made our Jeep sparkle and shine! Great team work everyone!! What an amazing, fun and unforgettable experience.
