A recent service and some complications I have recently moved to Calgary having been in a small Alberta town for many years. Having been used to small town good old fashioned service I was expecting the production line in and out and give me your credit card approach of the big city. I arrived at my new local Dealer, Courtesy, expecting the worst and was met by initially a lack of service as a couple of the people looked a little shocked to have a customer in the service section. OMG here we go I thought. The lady passed me to an energetic gentleman, Steve Jones, who immediately took me to his desk , made me feel at home and his professional and relaxed manner calmed my nerves. A visit was booked and a list of work made. so simple. the first visit went sort of well with Steve again taking all situations under his wing and making sure I got impeccable service despite the dealer not having brake pads in for a week and booked for a second visit that again went well. Steve did a great job especially dealing with my fleet organization that make everything so complicated. I will be using Courtesy from now on because of the excellent service of of Steve and the work done by the whole service team. Well done and thanks More

Dodge Ram - Service & parts Booked an appointment to get recall done and to look at back window as it was leaking. Got in right at 7 am and Steve helped us out. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the maintenance and warranty on our truck. Had the part in the next day to fix our leaking window and the recall was done within a couple hours of us dropping off the truck. As promised vehicle was finished the next day with all of our concerns dealt with. Defiantly will go back to see Steve again. Thanks for your help and information Steve! Also went and spoke with Joan in the parts department regarding some pricing on parts etc. She was very helpful and printed all the info we needed along with quotes. Thank you Joan! More
