Great Customer Service I am a mature woman that doesn't know much about cars and when I came in for my annual service appointment for warranty review, the list of inspection I am a mature woman that doesn't know much about cars and when I came in for my annual service appointment for warranty review, the list of inspections were long. Steve reviewed why the inspections were needed and what to listen to if something goes wrong. He was very courteous and friendly as well as patient answering my various questions. He also explained what oil/filter changes would be completed as well as the costs and timeframe of when I could pickup my car. The service guy was able to complete all the necessary inspections, oil/ filter/nav update and tire rotation work earlier than estimated and so I was happy I got my car back from service in a few hours. Brent displayed a good knowledge of the various vehicles we looked at, spending a good hour and a half of his time showing us product and taking us on a test drive. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a Ram Truck and Brent, along with Justin Chang, was able to obtain the truck we wanted at an outstanding price - working with us to get the options and add-ons we wanted while staying within the budget we set. Financing approval was swift and easy, Lanette Andreas was a pleasure to deal with. On the day we arrived to pick up the truck, we were pleasantly surprised to find it parked right out front, freshly washed, cleaned and polished - even had a FULL tank of gas! Signing of paperwork and registration was relatively quick and Brent then went over the operation of the many aspects of the vehicle with us, even pairing my phone for me before I left. The whole process from start to finish was the best experience buying a new vehicle I have ever had. More
