He asked me if there was anything else I needed to have done, which reminded me of of a problem I had with the blind spot sensor lights on the side view mirrors. It turned out to be very fortunate because it happened to be covered under warranty for only another 3000 km. It ended up saving me about $1800. He also looked after my shuttle rides to and from the dealership while I was off on business when the car was being serviced. He notified me of any additional work, even when it was covered under warranty. There were no surprises, and everything went well. No complaints from me. Ray Chauvin More

The rep I dealt with upon arrival when I dropped off my van (Paul) was great and very quick to have everything sorted out, called the rental company to drop off my rental. The pickup was the next day which was nice and quick, the glass installers arrived late so they got started on the windshield later than expected. Steve called during the day to let me know it should be complete by late afternoon. I called on my way there and he mentioned it should likely be done around the time I got there. I ended up having to wait about 40 minutes so that was the only negative feedback I have. Steve had to leave when I arrived so he got Ahmed to assist me after that point. Good team and very efficient! More
