The sales manager was right by her side and worked together to figure out I wanted. Transaction was handled very well and professional and was able to take delivery of the Jeep the very next business day. During the recent vehicle service visit I had completed on my Grand Cherokee, I had the fortune of being served by Steve Jones. His demeanour and attitude was excellent, he was concise with the repairs needed, he contacted me with an update during the service and when it was ready for pick-up he called with further updates. And, he even showed me the defective parts upon pick-up after service. If you want all of the above mentioned in a decent Service Advisor, I recommend that you contact Steve and he will take good care of you. Thank you Steve! More

I was cheerfully approached and dealing with Mackenzie Barkhouse within 5 minutes of being on your lot and was immediately impressed with her enthusiasm, friendliness, and knowledge of vehicles. She made every effort to allow me to sit in the vehicles and pulled them out of the tight parking spots so there was enough room to open the doors and go over all the options. Mackenzie even went out of her way to reserve the vehicle I was interested in for a couple of days as I wanted to return later for a second look. She was always friendly and could answer all questions, far more than any other dealership I was talking with. Great first experience I brought my new vehicle here for the first time with some problems I was having with it. It was previously taken to the dealership where I had purcha I brought my new vehicle here for the first time with some problems I was having with it. It was previously taken to the dealership where I had purchased it and I had no success with getting it fixed. Steve was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and made sure I was happy and satisfied with everything before I left. The technician (Jamie) made sure he understood what issues I was having with my vehicle and everything was finished quickly. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Chrysler to anyone. He asked me if there was anything else I needed to have done, which reminded me of of a problem I had with the blind s Steve was very helpful looking. He asked me if there was anything else I needed to have done, which reminded me of of a problem I had with the blind spot sensor lights on the side view mirrors. It turned out to be very fortunate because it happened to be covered under warranty for only another 3000 km. It ended up saving me about $1800. He also looked after my shuttle rides to and from the dealership while I was off on business when the car was being serviced. He notified me of any additional work, even when it was covered under warranty. There were no surprises, and everything went well. No complaints from me. Ray Chauvin More
