I visited another couple dealerships debating on other types of vehicles and even another Chrysler Dodge dealership before going to Courtesy. I was happy with the attentive service and was asked many many times if I had any questions. Darrell and Lanette were very helpful in making sure I understood everything I was purchasing and what my options were. I was immediately assisted by Joe Tarzwell who is helpful and pleasant. Joe patiently explained all of the things that needed to be done to the car for the particular service it was due for. Its very clear that he knows what he is talking about and is experienced and knowledgeable. The shuttle service was the fastest I have seen at a Dodge dealer and all staff were on the ball and professional. When I got the bill there were no surprises as Joe had been extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why. A real pleasure to work with such a good dealer. More
