Excellent customer service Steve Jones was great help. I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan. The car's engine had a slight roughness when it idles. took it back and the sales rep Steve Jones was great help. I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan. The car's engine had a slight roughness when it idles. took it back and the sales rep went with me to see Steve at the service shop. Steve checked the Car's records and because it was fairly new, some paperwork was yet to be done and info (VIP) to be entered into the Database which wasn't done. Hence to Steve the car didn't exist on the system to be legible for warranty service. The sales reps where puzzled and went running around to see what they can do. I waited for like 5 minutes, but Steve didn't leave me waiting, he called me took the information on the vehicle and what were my concerns, and told me he will start on the car's diagnostics while sales get the VIP records issue resolved. Now that is customer service at it's best. Steve calls me the next day to give me heads-up on the status, and the day after he calls me and plays a friendly trick on me that he will need my vehicle for a week, frankly he did get me, but then he tells me he's kidding, and that the car's flash needed updating, apologized for the trouble I had with the car, and told me the car was ready for pickup. Shuttle service was also quite good. I came in, Ahmed took care of the paperwork and got my car back. More
