Great Experience I recently took my newly acquired Ram 1500 in for it's first service. At this time they also installed a new mirror that had been scratched prior to I recently took my newly acquired Ram 1500 in for it's first service. At this time they also installed a new mirror that had been scratched prior to my possession. I dropped the truck off at 7:00 am and though they were short staffed that day, Steven Jones had my truck checked in and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Steven later called me in the morning just to inform me of the status of my truck and the then called again later in the afternoon when it was done. When I picked the truck up the once again Steven explained everything to me and had the truck waiting for me. Overall an excellent experience. I would also like to comment on the shuttle drivers and Chris that coordinated the transportation. They are very friendly and it was great to have a ride to wherever I needed to go. More

one of the best experience I have ever had Well when I first walked into this dealer I had just come from Toyota. I had no intention I would be get something. I was just looking around to see what I could get with the amount I wanted to spend. I only wanted to spend around 350 a mth. When I walked in this very handsome sales man asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I rambled about 10 different things I wanted in a vehicle and a price I wanted to pay. He showed me some vehicles I could get. I really thought I had way to many things I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. But he found one and I really liked it.but I really thought he was out to lunch and I would never get it without a cosigner. I told him I only wanted to give him so much for a down payment, he told me he would make it work. So I decide I would try to get it. He had a very good sense of humor and khe was what he was talking about. So Kelly took me to Candice's office, she is very funny great sense of humor and made my day she gave my kids snacks and made it easy with paper work. I was in there 15 min and out the door. Oh I forgot to say I had a2 year old and a6 year old with me at the time of my purchase and they were running wild and nobody seems to care because they had a big play area and TV thing in the showroom. So I can definitely staying with dealing with Kelly and candise it was one of my easiest best trips I have ever done. More
