Great experience with new service advisor!! We recently took our van in for service at Courtesy Chrysler. We purchased our van from this dealership, brand new, a year ago, and decided to service We recently took our van in for service at Courtesy Chrysler. We purchased our van from this dealership, brand new, a year ago, and decided to service our vehicle at the same location. We previously had been using another dodge dealership for our old van. Our service was satisfactory at best. We were considering switching back to our old dealership for service. The advisors never answered the phone, or called us when our minivan was ready. They didn't inform us on preventative maintenance that should be done. It wasn't until we drove it in one day for servicing and met with Steve Jones, that things started to make sense again at this dealership. He was friendly, personable, called to tell us about further maintenance we should consider that the mechanic had found, called to tell us immediately when the vehicle was done, arranged a shuttle, etc. Please please keep Steve Jones at this dealership so that we continue to have our vehicle serviced here.
