We came to Courtesy with some challenges and they went far, far beyond what I think their job descriptions are to guide us through the options and to tell us in a very educational straight forward way what the pluses and minuses where for each option. This is one of the few times in my 30 plus years of car buying that I felt like I was being treated as a genuine person with respect vs. an easy mark or dupe when buying a vehicle. Lured in under false promises. Promised equal or lower payments than I'm currently paying with a trade in. Instead got offered payments of $155.00 more than what I am paying now plu Promised equal or lower payments than I'm currently paying with a trade in. Instead got offered payments of $155.00 more than what I am paying now plus another year on the contract. Also only got offered $5,000.00 on a trade in on a truck I paid $20,000.00 three years ago that I bought at Courtesy Chrysler. Promise you the moon just to get you in to their dealership. Just a bunch of BS!! More

A surprisingly great experience I found purchasing my new car a great experience. Incompetant Service Department August 1 2015: Courtesy Chrysler I paid $129.86 for the "Premium Piece of Mind Inspection with Oil Change" package. Includes Oil Change. Tire Rotat August 1 2015: Courtesy Chrysler I paid $129.86 for the "Premium Piece of Mind Inspection with Oil Change" package. Includes Oil Change. Tire Rotation. Piece on Mind Inspection Report. When I got home I discovered that my Jeep was leaking oil all over my garage floor (3 puddles) and that they never did the tire rotation that was included in the package. I requested the tire rotation when making the appt and again when dropping off the vehicle. Is this fraud since I paid for this to be done, or just total incompetence? They also never included an inspection report that I paid for. I had to return to the dealership and ask them if they even do a report and to actually complete the tire rotation, might as well fix the leaking oil too. Now the oil has had a chance to drip and spray all over the underside while I am driving it back to the dealership. Good grief, what a waste of time on a long weekend. Last time I bring my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to Courtesy Chrysler even though I bought it there. August 7 ****The dealership has since contacted me and exceeded my expectations on rectifying the level of service. Thank You Kris.**** More
