Service No customer service - took my vehicle for service due to a noise discovered while driving in the mountains - was charged almost 200 & told all 4 brake No customer service - took my vehicle for service due to a noise discovered while driving in the mountains - was charged almost 200 & told all 4 brakes (pads & rotors) had to be replaced. 2nd opion done the following day at which time the licensed mechanic told me the brakes were practically brand new - 70%. contacted the dlrshp at which time I was told to email copy of both invoices they would make sure it was taken care of. Did that & still have not heard from the dlrshp. Would not recommend for purchase or service, Very poor customer service. More

Getting a new car I needed a new car and I have bad credit.. Maria and Stephan worked very had to find me the best possible deal and car! My dad needed to co-sign with me to help me out with the intrest rate. With that he was picky on the vehicle type. After trying one and him disagreeing with it, I didn't think it would happen. I believe Maria went out of her way to find something that would work for me and my dad, she is amazing! Went beyond my expectations! Stephan also worked hard to get me the best possible rate, I am happy with! I would for sure recommend going here to get a new vehicle. :) More

brake recall My brakes failed. I discovered my original dealer told me they did not have the part and would call me. this was about 8 mo.s ago. Never got the call. My brakes failed. Was driving on Crowchild, had to stop fast, no brakes until I pushed to the floor.My mechanic found the recall order. Contacted Courtesy, within 10 minutes I was in the service centre, problem fixed 2 hours later. I will never return to the original dealer. More
