Rear Axel Pinion Nut Recall I took my truck in for a recall.....Parts were not available for at least two weeks and it was determined by Courtesy Chrysler Inspector that was truc I took my truck in for a recall.....Parts were not available for at least two weeks and it was determined by Courtesy Chrysler Inspector that was truck was not safe to drive. They hooked me up with Enterprise Rental for a temp truck until mine was ready, at no charge to me except additional personnel insurance. Madison helped set everything up for me including the rental and even grabbed my personnel items out of my vehicle to send them with the shuttle driver to pick me up, to go to Enterprise. I've been dealing with Courtesy for ten years now and have always been treated with nothing but the utmost respect! Thank-you again Madison for all of your help! It's been greatly appreciated. Also Thanks to Enterprise for their same Professional courtesy! I will definitely continue dealing with both of these Businesses. More
