I met with Maria & immediately felt very welcome and comfortable. Nothing I hate more is high pressure sales! This was not the case. I had done some homework so had an idea of what type of vehicle I was interested in. We test drove a few vehicles together & found the right one for our family.. Once we decided on the exact new vehicle she mentioned that she was supposed to go home hours earlier! That is how "un-pressured" the experience was for us. As always is the case - EVERYONE we met was happy, COURTEOUS & Friendly. No doubt why they are called Courtesy Chrysler :-) We met with the finance specialist that night to confirm all the nitty gritty. They were able to let me know late that night I was approved for the new vehicle. A few days later met up to do the paperwork and there were no last minute surprises. They even take care of setting up your registration of the new vehicle if you are interested. I did not have to cancel any of the prior loans or anything - they took care of all of that for me. I had requested heated seats to be added to the vehicle & there was an extra bolt left under the seat. It was driving me crazy - so I took the new vehicle into the Service Bay. I took Ahmed for a ride to let him understand the concern - and that was rectified quickly as well. Even the shuttle drivers are so friendly - they are starting to feel like old friends.
