Great people - great support! I traded in a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I met with Maria & immediately felt very welcome and comfor I traded in a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I met with Maria & immediately felt very welcome and comfortable. Nothing I hate more is high pressure sales! This was not the case. I had done some homework so had an idea of what type of vehicle I was interested in. We test drove a few vehicles together & found the right one for our family.. Once we decided on the exact new vehicle she mentioned that she was supposed to go home hours earlier! That is how "un-pressured" the experience was for us. As always is the case - EVERYONE we met was happy, COURTEOUS & Friendly. No doubt why they are called Courtesy Chrysler :-) We met with the finance specialist that night to confirm all the nitty gritty. They were able to let me know late that night I was approved for the new vehicle. A few days later met up to do the paperwork and there were no last minute surprises. They even take care of setting up your registration of the new vehicle if you are interested. I did not have to cancel any of the prior loans or anything - they took care of all of that for me. I had requested heated seats to be added to the vehicle & there was an extra bolt left under the seat. It was driving me crazy - so I took the new vehicle into the Service Bay. I took Ahmed for a ride to let him understand the concern - and that was rectified quickly as well. Even the shuttle drivers are so friendly - they are starting to feel like old friends. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that asks!! Thanks again for another positive experience!! More

Even outside of business hours he was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and found me a perfect truck that fit exactly in my budget even when I thought there was no way I could afford a brand new truck. Candace in finance also worked extremely hard to get everything done including the bank loan, insurance, registration on short notice so that I could take my truck home the day after buying it. He was on the phone between dropping off clients to ensure that a lady back at the dealership was getting picked up since he was unable to get her. Francis was personable, considerate and proactive. I have also purchased parts from dealership for repairs I was doing my self and found them very helpful and gave suggestions so that I had a great experience. I have been to other dealerships (Renfrew) and found them unhelpful, and aggressive in their approach. Won't be going there! Thanks for your help! More
