I purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy Chrysler in Calgary. The sales person was great but that's where it stops. The vehicle had a major problem as soon as I drove off the lot. They have finally afte Calgary. The sales person was great but that's where it stops. The vehicle had a major problem as soon as I drove off the lot. They have finally after 5 weeks gotten that part fixed. There was no communication with me despite my many calls for over 3 weeks. The mechanic who fixed the first problem also said the vehicle has a strut problem on the front of the vehicle. They won't fix it and todayvthe Sales Manager accused me of trying to take advantage of the system. He said he can't lose any more money on that vehicle. I guess his profits are more important than my safety. When talking to him I couldn't get a word in no matter how hard I tried. I think that he was tryingvto talk me into oblivion. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years andvthisvis my first bad experience. Clearly the customer is not a priority. Justcselk them a vehicle and get them out the door. More
