Dealerships are already expensive as they are. Went in expecting a $100 oil change, left with a $350 bill. GRANTED, $150 was a brake fluid flush I agreed to, but the rest was all "additives" and what not. OVERALL: quite satisfied with the service. Steve was wonderful. I browsed several dealerships, finding lots of things, from horrible customer service to really high prices, I found anything that one can imagine. Adrian Antelo however, gave me the best customer service, not only him but his manager who convinced me to buy the vehicle buy giving an awesome deal on it and also Ed for finding me the best deal for my car loan from a bank. Overall, one of the main reasons I puchased there is because the customer service received there was great, the attention to detail awesome and it was a win-win for them and me.
