Excellent First Time Experience I recently had to go to a Chrysler dealership as my key fob was not opening up the doors on my vehicle. I have had experiences with other Chrysler dealerships in Calgary and was not inclined to return to any of them. I decided to give Courtesy Chrysler a chance to look after my problems. I could not be more impressed. Two people went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. The first person was Ronalyn(spelling??) who as it turns out was the dispatcher, and Ahmed Elnahas, the service advisor that looked after me. I got an appointment quickly on my first visit, thanks to Ronalyn, and on the day of service my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Not only that, my key fob has never ever worked this well. I will definitely take my next service requirement back to Courtesy Chrysler. A very satisfied Courtesy Chrysler service customer.
