SERVICE MAINTENANCE Our company has been taking our fleet vehicles (>100) to Courtesy for over 5 years. The name tells it all! all service staff, especially Madison Yorke Our company has been taking our fleet vehicles (>100) to Courtesy for over 5 years. The name tells it all! all service staff, especially Madison Yorke, are always there for your benefit (and your vehicle of course). We have never had an issue with the mechanics telling us "you should do this." When an unknown has come to light, the staff explain the need to have the issue dealt with now or in the future, whatever is deemed appropriate. As a result, our vehilces have never had an out of service incident. The staff perform unsolicted and without charge items that prevent this: i.e. battery checks at the beginning of winter. Excellent, friendly and knowlegable service My one and a half year old Grand Caravan Crew had a very uncomfortable issue with the transmission. It was seriously clonking about every 5th. time wh My one and a half year old Grand Caravan Crew had a very uncomfortable issue with the transmission. It was seriously clonking about every 5th. time while shifting into the Drive from Park/Reverse/Neutral. I went to Courtesy for another reason (Engine light - faulty oil pressure sensor) but also mentioned the transmission issue which bothered me terribly for almost a year. The recent software update for the transmission, issued by Chrysler, fixed the clonking problem completely. It was my best Christmas present!!! Poor Service I bought a used truck from Colin and the tires looked a little bald but he assured me that the tires were at 8/32. So I bought a tire thread measurer and there was a tire at 5/32 these tires started at 19/32 because they are M/T tires. These tires also sell for around $500 a piece brand new. They also said they would fix the seatbelt in the backseat before pick up 3 days later and it was not fixed. Not very impressed with overall service. More
