Best customer service... EVER!!! In November 2014 I came to Courtesy to get my van. Ufortunately I had bad credit and was forced to settle in a high interest loan, which was expected. After 14 months in this vehicle Darryl called me to come in to the dealership. When I arrived he was extremely busy and instead of making me wait, Maria welcomed me into her office. She was so kind, helpful and very dedicated to get me the service I needed. For the next week I dealt with Lanette which was also amazing! She worked her magic and got me out of my high interest loan and approved at TD. Glen then called me to share the great news. I came back in that day and once again Maria was so welcoming. She showed me the vehicle Glen had in mind for me, introduced me to everyone at the dealership, made sure I was entertained during wait times and treated me like family! Glen got me into a 2015 Chrysler 200, I couldnt be any more happy with his pick for me. He was very unferstanding and worked very hard to get me exactly what I needed. Lanette finised the deal and went over everything with me. I was so impressed with how through she was. She made sure I understood every detail and was such a kind, positive lady.
