Nick (Sales) was with me throughout the entire process. He is very friendly and is very knowledgeable - not only in Dodge/Ram/Chrysler products but with what the rest of the industry is also putting out there and how it all compares. He went to great lengths and helped me confirm the right Ram that fit my needs. I had owned a Ram previous to this and this one was going to be a Christmas present to myself. Nick along with Managers - Darrell and Kris, and Joan (Parts) went the extra mile in making sure this truck was perfect in every way that I wanted. They were patient.
